These Terms apply to Pooks.ai, a personalized book generation service operated by Archieboy Holdings, LLC. They supplement the Archieboy Holdings master Terms and Conditions at archieboy.com. If there is a conflict for this service, these Pooks.ai terms control for Pooks.ai-specific purchases and generated content.
Pooks.ai creates AI-assisted personalized ebooks and optional audiobook bundles from the information you provide. Generated books are digital products intended for personal use, education, entertainment, and gifting.
Pooks.ai sells one-time digital products, not subscriptions. Paid orders are processed through Stripe. A paid order grants access to the selected package for that book only: ebook or ebook plus audiobook. Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on queue load, AI provider availability, and the complexity of the requested book.
You are responsible for the personalization details, prompts, names, gift messages, and other information you submit. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, private, abusive, or unsafe content. We may refuse, remove, or limit generation requests that appear abusive or violate these Terms.
AI-generated output can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing any generated book before relying on it. Pooks.ai does not provide medical, legal, financial, religious, or professional advice, even when a generated book discusses those topics.
Because Pooks.ai produces custom digital content, completed and delivered paid orders are generally non-refundable. If an order fails to generate or a technical issue prevents access to the purchased files, contact and we will make a reasonable effort to repair, regenerate, or refund the order.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for abuse, fraud, attempts to bypass payment, scraping, excessive automated use, or other activity that harms the service or other users.
